Chicken Tikka Masala(Fried)

Ingredient(To Marinate)

◦ 1/2 kg of Chicken

◦ 1/2 Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

◦ 2 Teaspoon of Coriander Powder

◦ 2 Teaspoon of Chilli Powder

◦ 1 Teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste

◦ 1/2 Cup of Yogurt

◦ 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice

◦ 2 Tablespoon of Oil

How to do?

1. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice and oil into the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.

2. Add the chicken(already cut into small pieces) into the paste. Marinate it and leave it overnight.

3. Next day, you can fry the chicken with oil.
